There are two types of community members, Partner Members and Associate Members.

Partner Members are organizations with a disaster services policy and program statement and are voluntary 501 (c) (3) non-profit agencies.

Associate Members are any organizations that have an interest in disaster service to the community. Examples of associate members could include government, labor, business, and any other group that wants to contribute to the community in time of disaster.
