The American Red Cross is a Charity You Can Trust

The Red Cross meets the strict standards for charity accountability established by the Better Business Bureau’s Wise Giving Alliance.   The BBB completes comprehensive, in-depth evaluations of the charity's governance, fund raising practices, solicitations and informational materials, as well as how it spends its money.

Without your support the San Luis Obispo County Chapter of the American Red Cross would not exist. Our programs are funded by San Luis Obispo County residents who care about our community and want to help the thousands of people who benefit from our services each year. Thanks to the help of hundreds of volunteers, we are able to maximize every dollar donated.

We are not a government agency and we rely on the generosity of caring individuals like you to fund our vital programs. Your generosity will ensure that the Red Cross continues to fulfill its mission now and into the future.
