Volunteers are the Heart and Soul of the American Red Cross
The American Red Cross is volunteer-led and volunteer-driven.  You will find volunteers in every level of our organization, in every kind of position and task, ensuring that the American Red Cross meets its mission of helping people prevent, prepare for, and respond to emergencies.  The San Luis Obispo County Chapter can work with you to provide rewarding experiences that will fit your schedule. If you need training, we'll provide it.

The essential services provided by the San Luis Obispo County Chapter of the American Red Cross would not be possible without the dedication of many volunteers.
